1. The self dumping semi-trailer should maintain the hydraulic system for lifting in good condition, work smoothly, operate flexibly, and there should be no jamming phenomenon.
2. When loading and unloading materials, follow instructions and do not load or unload materials outside designated areas. It is strictly prohibited to carry people inside the carriage.
3. When cooperating with excavation and loading machinery to load and unload materials, the hand brake should be tightened after the dump truck is in place. When the bucket must pass over the cab for operation, no one is allowed to stay inside the cab.
4. When loading materials, the driver should remind not to load them off center. If the materials are loaded off center, the driver should slow down while driving to prevent overturning.
5. Before unloading, it is important to note that there should be no wires, obstacles, or personnel coming or going around the car above the carriage. When unloading, the vehicle must be parked steadily.
6. When the carriage is about to reach its peak, the engine speed should be reduced to prevent carriage vibration, and it is forbidden to drive while unloading.
7. When unloading into the foundation pit, a safe distance should be maintained from the edge of the pit to prevent collapse and overturning.
8. Do not unload on uneven, soft, or sloping ground to prevent overturning.
9. After unloading, the car should be slightly moved away from the unloading position to reset the carriage in a timely manner and lock the dumping lever before leaving. Do not lift a semi-trailer while driving.
10. When there is clay attached to the carriage, it should be removed in a timely manner to prevent overturning caused by thick lifting. Do not use sudden braking to shake the remaining material.
11. When it is necessary to lift the carriage for maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and other operations, support wood should be used to secure the carriage, and hydraulic locking alone is prohibited for operation.
12. When performing non jacking operations, the jacking lever should be placed in neutral position, and the carriage fixing pin must be pulled out before jacking.
